we love what we do.
we love why we do it, more.

we’re a values-driven team

  • We understand the disparities experienced by structurally oppressed communities and individuals. We work with great respect and understanding of our positionality, privilege, and history. We strive to ensure our work reduces and eliminates barriers, with the aim of improving equity and social justice. We are committed to embodying these values, as guided by our professional and living expertise, as well as the expertise of impacted communities we engage, collaborate, and co-create with.

  • We understand that meaningful co-creation is a key contributor to the successful development, implementation, operation, and evaluation of programs and policies. We also understand that meaningful co-creation improves the well-being of those engaged. We are firm in our commitment to working collaboratively with diverse and intersecting communities impacted by the work we conduct, in the work we conduct.

  • We understand that change that challenges the status quo requires innovative approaches that push the boundaries of possibility. We are dedicated to operating ‘outside the box,’ working with you to chart and push those boundaries.

  • We have an unwavering commitment to our work, our values, and our clients. To us, excellence means high-quality work, measurable impacts, engaged communities, and the implementation of sustainable, inclusive, and equitable practices, programs, and policies.
